Refund policy

At Maison Canis, every product is created on demand especially for you.
Because our items are printed or embroidered individually, we do not keep inventory and cannot resell returned products.

However, we always want you to love your experience with us.
Please read the policy below.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Preference for a different color or design

Since each item is made to order, we cannot resell returned products.

To help you choose the right size, please refer to our detailed size charts on each product page.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maisoncanis.ca with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • A short description of the issue

We will review the case and issue a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

  • Check with neighbors or building staff

If the package is still missing, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production (usually within a few hours after checkout).
